Late check in. Staff was nice.

The forty dollar room they shoved me in.It was nothing like the online pictures. Not even enough room to walk around the bed and some window that was boarded up with plywood. The mattress was uncomfortable and saggy. And the TV didn't even work.

We were in Hanoi and loved it. Then we left and found we wanted to come back. At the last minute we found this hotel in the middle of Old Town Hanoi. Since we did not book months in advance it was western prices (but to be fair it was also for NYE). We found the room well appointed and clean. Shower was good. Bed's comfort was just OK. We had the suite -- with a couch and chair. Helpful to have something else to sit on. Staff was very helpful.

Room was small. We had previously stayed in the Golden Silk Hotel -- this hotel was not as nice. But it was not bad. This hotel served its purpose. Furniture was a little scratched a bit. Shower runs out of hot water after 15 minutes.

It is in the center of everything, cafes, resto, beer street and souvenir shops. And the staffs, they are very friendly and helpful especially Anna. Our 3 nights stay became smooth and comfortable because of their help. Will stay here again for sure.

The facility is a bit old I think, but overall it was still a great stay, we'll recommend this hotel.

Peter and Anna were amazing. Very accomodating and speaks very good english. They were able to make arrangements for us even if I booked an additional stay last minute. All the staff were so helpful to us.

Anna and Peter were wonderful! Super warm, welcoming and friendly. They kindly arranged us transport to the airport from Old Quarter. Hotel is in an excellent location!

mr.peter and his team were so so welcoming and helped with any questions i had. also booked some excursions to nihn binh and ha long bay with the hotel that were recommended and they were lovely as well. super quite for being right in the heart of the old quarter.

It was the most wonderful experience of my stay in Hanoi.The staff was very friendly and helpful and provided all the various services we needed. They lend us a shower after we checked out so we could catch the night train. Thank you to all the employees who work here.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly – they fulfilled our every wish and organized everything we wanted to do. The location is both central and quiet, making it easy to reach all the highlights of the old town within just a few minutes. A lot do to and see just around the corner. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide selection of delicious à la carte options to choose from. Price was great for the experience.

Rooms had no sunlight, but its impossible to find for that price point in the old quarter, since it’s really dense.

Good location. Comfy bed.

The Hotel is clean and location was perfect. Ann the receptionist was very kind polite and very helpful in all our needs. Will be back in the near future.

Perfect location right in the middle of Hanoi but on a quiet little street, the sweetest staff ever so kind, such clean nice rooms, amazing price. Thank you!! Warm showers and really comfy bed!! Definitely recommend

Great location in the City off the main road. Staff was excellent, beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We will be back again in july

The hotel is in the heart of the city, the old quarter, it's a happening place, everything is walking distance.... hotel rooms are economically priced

The room we stayed with had no windows, and we were very surprised with it. The washroom door is with transparent glass ... and not comfortable. The shower area is too small.. since we had other activities lined up, so the hotel room was just to sleep...

The location was excellent, services and behaviour of staff was exceptional especially Mr. Peter who made sure days before we flew that we have a smooth arrival; He arranged an Airport pickup and also arranged two day trips for Halonh and Tam coc for us with an excellent tour company. Apart from that he arranged a sim card too. The hotel has currency exchange with great rate and breakfast.

The rooms were small, fairly clean and small showerspace but was alright and we had a comfortable stay.

It was alright. It wasn’t what I was expecting based on the photos and reviews online.

It was not clean. It was very loud in the halls and outside.
